1. Before you purchase

To use the finPRO™ tools you need a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and especially Excel. If you are not already competent with Excel we strongly recommend that you take a course like ACE Training's one-day Excel Essential Skills 2007-2010 before you purchase the finPRO™ tools. ACE Training (www.ace.co.nz) runs this course regulary in the main centres.

2. Initial training

When you purchase the finPRO™ tools you also get a detailed User Guide and up to 3 hours of practical hands-on training in a small group setting. This session helps you gain confidence as a finPRO™ user, with hands-on experience using case study material to create a finished statement of advice.

3. Additional workshops

We also plan to run additional workshops from time to time in the main centres for small groups of finPRO™ users. These workshops will bring small groups of users together to learn, share ideas and skills, and ensure everyone gets the best from finPRO™. We contact users about these events in due course.
